Stefanie Neumann, M.A.

After earning a Master of Arts at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), Stefanie worked as a Communication Specialist at UNO before accepting a job at the University of Nebraska Medical Center as a Web Coordinator, where she currently works full-time.
In her role at UNO, Stefanie worked hands-on with college and graduate students assisting with resumes, mock interviews, professional program applications, and secondary essays. She also worked on marketing, advertising, newsletter, and event materials. Stefanie was also in charge of writing Pre-Med Committee Letters, which are sent on behalf of UNO’s Pre-Medical students applying to med schools. These letters are sent to medical schools to speak on behalf of the applicants and during her time, 74% of applicants were offered medical school acceptance (the national average is 32%). Stefanie has also worked as an intern for Gulf & Main magazine where she wrote articles, created content and layouts. In addition, she interned for Parr Media where she had the opportunity to create and distribute nationwide press releases for clients for radio release. Outside of her career, Stefanie has helped numerous professionals and students with their resumes, cover letters, and CVs.
